Sandro Ramirez arrived at Goodison Park last summer with plenty of promise having had a decent spell in Spain.
The attacker was one of a handful of players who were recruited by former manager Ronald Koeman in the summer of 2017.
Unfortunately for Ramirez, he struggled to find his feet at the Merseyside outfit and only managed one goal and one assist in 15 appearances.
At Malaga – prior to his switch to Everton – the Spaniard netted 16 goals and created five assists in 31 outings.
Marco Silva is now the man in charge of the Toffees, and judging by these early stages of the campaign, Ramirez does not figure in his plans.
The 23-year-old has not played a single minute of action and could still be sold by the club as the deadline for most transfer windows in Europe close on Friday.

According to the Liverpool Echo, Ramirez has attracted interest from a number of clubs and now Real Sociedad have entered the race.
Some Everton fans have been posting their thoughts on Reddit.
