According to Sky Sports News, West Ham United have been watching FC Copenhagen attacker Robert Skov during the 2018-19 campaign.
What’s the word, then?
Well, according to Sky Sports News, Tottenham Hotspur, Watford and Wolverhampton Wanderers are considering moves for Skov in this summer’s transfer window.
The same report has also placed West Ham in the hunt and it will be very interesting to see what transpires this summer with Skov enjoying a very, very good campaign thus far.
Indeed, the 22-year-old has found the back of the net on 24 occasions in 38 appearances in all competitions this season.
A record of 22 goals in 24 league matches is impressive, whilst he has also appeared in the Europa League on 13 occasions for Copenhagen during the 2018-19 campaign.
Skov’s excellent goal record was always going to bring attention and it appears that a move to the Premier League could be on the agenda at the end of the season.
Where would Skov play for West Ham?
According to transfermarkt, Skov is capable of operating as a right or left winger, but he has played the majority of his football off the right this season.
Michail Antonio has impressed in that position this term, but it was Robert Snodgrass who played on the right in Saturday’s 2-0 win over Newcastle United.
It is an area that Hammers boss Manuel Pellegrini will be looking to improve this summer and the thought of Felipe Anderson on the left while Skov operates on the opposite side will surely excite the West Ham fans.

Skov is untried at Premier League level, but has also managed nine goals in 18 games for Denmark’s Under-21 side, showing his credentials.
And West Ham should look to beat rivals Tottenham to the versatile attacker’s signature in this summer’s transfer window.
